DR750 wrong time after upgraded to Ver.1011

Dear Sir,
Recently, my DR750 going wrong with the time after firmwarre upgraded to V1.011.

1) Time is incorrect after time zone set. (Asia_Hong Kong)
2)When the device turn off the power, the time will remain unchanged. it means switch off the DR750 at 1830, the time will remain 1830 when the switch on next time.
3) Auto syn the time from phone app, the time do not update.
4) Reset all setting tried.
5) Use another SD card tried.
6) install Ver.1.007 tried.
7) Install the firmware without GPS tried
Install the firmware with GPS tried

any suggestion to cope with this problem?

Check the battery voltage, it is in the inside dashcam.

How can I replace the battery?
I cannot remove the battery from mounting, it seems welded on the mounting.
